MillenVPN collects the following minimum information in order to provide our services to you.

Credit card information (retained by Stripe and not by MillenVPN)
IP address at the time of contract
VPN Server Location Selection Information
Total traffic transferred per month
Version of the application being used
Diagnostic logs sent by customers from the app in the event of troubleshooting issues such as connection failures
(Windows version: source IP address, network adapter name, driver directory information; Android version: device information [OS, device identifiers, etc.])

MillenVPN and third parties cannot associate the above data with your communications or browsing history.
This means that even if a third party investigates your usage, they will not be able to identify you personally.

Diagnostic logs are sent to us only when the customer performs a transmission operation from the app, and they are not automatically collected and stored on the server at all times.
In addition, because the information included in the diagnostic logs is not associated with communication content or browsing history, it is not possible to identify individuals.

The fixed IP address assigned during the contract period and its assignment period
IP address and timestamp of the connection source to the VPN server (not including the content of the communication)
Credit card information (Stripeis retained, but is not retained in the Fixed IP Address Option and Dedicated Server plans)
IP address at the time of contract
VPN Server Location Selection Information
Total traffic transferred per month
Version of the application being used

If you are using a dedicated server, the assigned static IP address and your subscriber information will be technically linked.
Therefore, it becomes possible to identify the contract holder based on the IP address and date/time of use notified through external inquiries or similar means.
