Announcement of the Release of the Fixed IP Option

We are pleased to announce the release of the "Fixed IP Option," now available in the MillenVPN app.

The MillenVPN app previously offered only "dynamic IP addresses," which change with each connection. However, by adding this option, you can obtain a dedicated static IP address within the app and connect using the same IP address every time.

Starting at 396 yen per month (tax included) per address, this is the ideal option for those who want to use a dedicated static IP address while keeping costs down.
(*The monthly rates shown are the “effective monthly rates” applicable when signing up for a long-term contract in a single transaction. The monthly rate varies depending on the contract term.)

Overview of the Static IP Option

■How It Works and How It Differs from a “Dedicated Server”
This option assigns and provides you with a single dedicated IP address from a pool of fixed IP addresses pre-allocated for each region.

• Fixed IP Option (Example: Rental Apartment):
  This is a convenient plan that allows you to use a dedicated space (fixed IP address) within a pre-configured infrastructure (VPN server).
  This service is recommended for individuals who want to use a static IP address at a low cost, as well as those who want to use a static IP address located overseas.
• Dedicated Server (Think of it as a single-family home):
  This plan involves building a dedicated server (VPN server) for you from scratch after you sign up.
  This is recommended for businesses and teams looking to implement security measures—such as when multiple users need to safely share the same static IP address or when restricting access to internal systems.

■Additional Information

• For both the Fixed IP Option and Dedicated Servers, you cannot specify a "fixed IP address (string or number)."
  An IP address is automatically assigned from a pool of pre-assigned addresses.
• Even if you subscribe to the static IP option, you will still be able to use the dynamic IP addresses provided by the existing MillenVPN app.
  Depending on your needs, you can switch between a static IP and a dynamic IP within the app.

Contract Term and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

■Regarding the Contract Term
The contract term for the Fixed IP Option is the same as that of the main contract (subscription plan).
For your first subscription, the contract term will be based on the remaining term of the primary contract.
Upon renewal, the service will be automatically renewed along with the main contract, and we will bill you in a lump sum for the usage fees for that period.

■About the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Fixed IP Option is available only if you sign up for it at the same time as your main contract.30-day money back guarantee...applies.
*Please note that even if the main contract is still within its refund guarantee period, any Fixed IP options you sign up for later are not eligible for a refund.
