What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover) are accepted for applications through MillenVPN. PayPal and bank transfers are also available for payment in Japanese yen only.
What happens if I stop paying my subscription or if my data volume exceeds my contracted capacity?
After a 5-day grace period, you will be downgraded to the capacity available in the free plan.
All files that exceed the available free space will remain in your account for 30 days. After that, files that exceed your account storage space will be randomly moved to the Trash. Deleted files will remain in the Trash for an additional 15 days. During this time, you can upgrade your plan to get your files back.
