How do I access pCloud?
There are two versions of pCloud: the pCloud application, which is installed and used, and the pCloud Web version, which can be used in a browser. Please use either of them according to your purpose of use.

What payment methods do you accept?
MillenVPNCredit cards (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover) are accepted for payment in Japanese yen only. PayPal and bank transfer are also available for payment in Japanese yen only.
What happens if I stop paying my subscription or if my data volume exceeds my contracted capacity?
After a 5-day grace period, you will be downgraded to the capacity available in the free plan.
All files that exceed the available free space will remain in your account for 30 days. After that, files that exceed your account storage space will be randomly moved to the Trash. Deleted files will remain in the Trash for an additional 15 days. During this time, you can upgrade your plan to get your files back.
How long can I use pCloud Lifetime (buy-in plan)?
The maximum is 99 years or the account holder's lifetime, whichever is shorter. For more information, please see pCloud's Terms of Use.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, it is possible.
For Lifetime (buy-in) plans, this is not a change, but an increase in capacity.
For example, if you are on a 500GB Lifetime plan, you can apply for a 2TB Lifetime plan, which will give you 2.5TB of storage after the upgrade.Please note that you can upgrade from a Subscription plan to a Lifetime plan, but the Subscription fee cannot be deducted.
How many people can use the Family Plan?
Up to four accounts can be added for family members.
The owner account can manage the addition and deletion of members, as well as the dedicated space capacity for each account.
