Fair Use Policy

MillenVPNIn order to allow more customers to use the service comfortably, from November 25, 2024 (Monday), the company will remove the limitation on the number of simultaneous connections.

HOWEVER, IF THE VPN IS USED FOR APPLICATIONS THAT ARE CLEARLY NOT COMMON (E.G., SHARING A SINGLE VPN ACCOUNT BY AN UNSPECIFIED NUMBER OF PEOPLE), THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT SOME CUSTOMERS MAY EXCESSIVELY OCCUPY THE SHARED RESOURCES, AFFECTING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE SERVICE AS A WHOLE.

MillenVPNIf some customers are using more than their fair share of resources, we will limit the use of resources in their accounts as necessary.

Typically, less than 0.01% of customers use more than their fair share of server resources, and 99.99% of customers' resources are never restricted.

THE DATA TRANSFER VOLUME IS THE TOTAL TRANSMISSION VOLUME OF DATA DOWNLOADED OR UPLOADED WHEN A VPN CONNECTION IS MADE.

In normal use, which includes 99.99% of customers, virtually unlimited data transfer volume is available.

The following is an estimate of the amount of data transfer for which resource limits may be enforced for one account (one contract).

• MillenVPN Data transfer volume for each App/Native/OpenConnect: 3 TB/month

MillenVPNPlease consider using adedicated server.

MillenVPNDedicated servers are not subject to the fair use policy because the server is dedicated to the customer and is not shared with other customers.
