What are the payment options?

To change plans during the contract period, please go to My Page. When upgrading a plan, the difference will be reflected after payment of the difference and confirmation of payment. When downgrading a plan, the change will be reflected immediately and the difference will not be refunded.
Can I add more accounts to the number of accounts I can issue?
If you are using the Enterprise Plan, you can add an account by applying for the connection information option.
Up to 2,000 accounts can be used by combining the accounts included in the plan with additional accounts.If the number of accounts is insufficient for other plans, please consider changing plans. You can change your plan at My Page even during the contract period.
Can I delete or re-register my account?
Accounts (users) can be deleted and re-registered.
Is there a limit to the number of devices that can access the system at the same time?
There is no limit to the number of simultaneously connected devices per account.
Does access from multiple accounts affect communication speed?
MillenVPN is extremely fast because it uses the high-capacity network of a Tier 1 provider, with dedicated servers capable of up to 7 Gbps. Therefore, access from multiple accounts usually has little or no impact on the communication speed. If your Internet provider has traffic limits or improper routing, the use of a VPN may result in faster communication speeds.
Is there a trial period?

Is the IP address dynamic?
We operate a server for fixed IPs, so fixed IPs are available.

It is possible to sign up for as many contracts as you like without any upper limit. You can sign up for as many subscriptions as you like with no upper limit. You can combine multiple subscriptions into a single bill by first signing up for the first MillenVPN Dedicated Server and then signing up for additional subscriptions.
Are there any providers or regions with usage restrictions?
If your Internet provider, government, or organization restricts the use of VPNs, you may not be able to use a VPN.
