What are the payment options?

Is it possible to change plans in the middle of the contract term?
To change plans during the contract period, please go to My Page. When upgrading a plan, the difference will be reflected after payment of the difference and confirmation of payment. When downgrading a plan, the change will be reflected immediately and the difference will not be refunded.
Can I add more accounts to the number of accounts I can issue?
If you are using the Enterprise Plan, you can add additional accounts by applying for the connection information option.
Up to 2,000 accounts can be used by combining the accounts included in the plan with additional accounts.If the number of accounts is insufficient for other plans, please consider changing plans. You can change your plan at My Page even during the contract period.
Can I delete or re-register my account?
Accounts (users) can be deleted and re-registered.
Is there a limit to the number of devices that can access the system at the same time?
There is no limit to the number of simultaneously connected devices per account.
Does access from multiple accounts affect communication speed?
MillenVPN is extremely fast because it uses the high-capacity network of a Tier 1 provider, with dedicated servers capable of up to 7 Gbps. Therefore, access from multiple accounts usually has little or no impact on the communication speed. If your Internet provider limits traffic or routing is not adequate, the use of a VPN may result in faster communication speeds.
Is there a trial period?

Usernames and passwords will be automatically set up for the number of accounts depending on the plan at the time of application. You can change your user name and password on My Page.
Can I sign up for more than one dedicated server?
It is possible to sign up for as many contracts as you want without any upper limit. You can sign up for as many subscriptions as you like with no upper limit. You can sign up for the first MillenVPNdedicated server and then add additional subscriptions to combine multiple subscriptions into a single bill.
Are there any providers or regions with usage restrictions?
IF YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER, GOVERNMENT, OR ORGANIZATION RESTRICTS THE USE OF VPNS, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE A VPN.
