DNS
DNS is a mechanism for associating domain names with IP addresses. It stands for Domain Name System.
When accessing a website on the Internet, users use domain names like "example.com." DNS allows browsers to identify the server they are connecting to by searching for the IP address corresponding to this domain name.
When using a VPN, the choice of which server to send DNS queries to is related to privacy protection. Depending on the VPN settings, DNS queries may not pass through the VPN's protection route and lead to a DNS leak.
